Welcome delegates to the ad-hoc committee of the secretary-general. The ad-hoc is meant to provide the most rigorous challenge of HopMUNC I, and as such the topic of this committee will only be revealed to delegates upon arrival to the first committee session. It will be run in a crisis committee format, and will demand exceptional skills in diplomacy, creativity, and ingenuity. Best of luck delegates, and be prepared for anything.
