The Ad-Hoc Committee of the Secretary General offers the most challenging and unique committee experience of HopMUNC II. The committee topic will remain a secret until the beginning of the first committee session, at which point the background guide will be released and delegates will enter into debate and committee procedure without preparation. Success will be predicated upon having a diverse skillset, employing practical yet creative solutions, and a capacity to engage in high-caliber debate.
